We know that birth doesn’t always go to plan. Your baby may arrive earlier than expected, your birth plans may change, or you may simply no longer need your TENS machine.
For an additional $4.95, you can add Peace of Mind Protection to your TENS hire at the time of booking, giving you the flexibility to cancel your hire for any reason within 5 days of receiving your TENS Hire.
If you cancel before your TENS has been dispatched
You will receive a full refund of your TENS hire fee.
If you cancel after your TENS has been dispatched
You can still receive a refund of your TENS hire fee, provided the TENS machine and its packaging remain unopened and unused, and you return the complete hire package to The Last Trimester within 5 days of receiving the unit.
Once we receive and confirm the TENS is unopened and unused, your refund will be processed, minus the original shipping cost and the $10.95 prepaid return shipping cost included with your hire.
Please note
- Peace of Mind Protection must be purchased at the time of your original TENS booking and cannot be added after your booking has been placed.
- The $4.95 Peace of Mind Protection fee is non-refundable.
- Peace of Mind Protection applies to the TENS hire only and does not apply to other products purchased in the same order.
- Once the TENS machine or its sealed packaging has been opened or the machine has been used, Peace of Mind Protection can no longer be used to obtain a cancellation refund.
- To cancel your hire, please email hello@thelasttrimester.com.au as soon as possible so we can arrange your cancellation and return instructions.
Peace of Mind Protection provides additional cancellation flexibility offered by The Last Trimester. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
