Meet Freya & Grace
Our story
We're Freya and Grace, endorsed caseload midwives and the faces behind The Last Trimester. Between us we have nearly a decade of experience supporting women through pregnancy, labour, birth and the early days of motherhood. We met three years ago when we started working together, became best friends instantly, and have been glued at the hip ever since. Over a year ago we took the leap and registered The Last Trimester, and a few months ago we launched our TENS hire. We are only just getting started.
Why we started this
Working closely with women throughout their pregnancies, we kept seeing the same thing: women arriving in labour underprepared, overwhelmed, and without access to the tools and information that could make a real difference. We are passionate about education and believe every woman deserves access to evidence-based information about her body, her labour and her birth. That's why we share educational content regularly on Instagram and TikTok, because informed women make empowered decisions.
